Program Webmaster's Rights
A.
Every Affiliate Program has to contain in the contract
the correct info of the company that offers the Affiliate
Program.
B.
The conditions expressed in the Agreement of an Affiliate
Program cannot be modified without a previous warning
of 30 days.
C.
No account of a Webmaster in an Afiliate Program can
be cancelled or suspended without a proven reason. The
sole discretion of the Partner will never be accepted
as justificatory cause for the cancellation of one account.
D.
In cases of justified cancellation of an affilates account,
the amounts obtained by the Webmasters, up to the date
of cancellation, must be paid in any situation.
E.
The details of the statistics of the accumulated months
of affiliation must be always accessible and able to
be consulted by the Affiliates.
F.
In cases of Affiliate Programs that operate on a commission
basis, the true final average conversion rates of the
Program should be clearly understandable. The variations
which those data have, must be periodically communicated
to the Affiliates.
G.
The fiscal conditions of the country in which the company
that offers an Affiliate Program resides, must be clearly
reflected in the Agreement Contract.
H.
Every Affiliate Programs must have a support team that
can solve problems and questions of the partner Webmasters
in a maximum timeframe of 48 hours.
